Novartis will book and pay for your travel arrangements.

Please note: In accordance with the Medicines Australia Code of Conduct and Medicines New Zealand Code of Conduct, any costs (for example travel or meals) incurred by a partner/spouse, guest or family member travelling with a healthcare professional cannot be paid or subsidised by Novartis. Attendees are responsible for obtaining approval to receive and/or disclose hospitality as required by their employer or professional association.

The sponsorship for this event is an opportunity to extend medical education for Australian healthcare professionals (HCPs) without any intention to induce, influence or reward the past, present or future prescribing, supply, purchasing or recommendation of any of the company's products. Accommodation will be provided for interstate and regional NSW (outside 100km of venue) delegates on Saturday 17 August.

Delegates from WA will have accommodation provided from Friday 16 August. The additional night will be added to your registration by the Concierge Team.

Your credit card is required and will be collected as a guarantee to be provided to the hotel for any incidental costs. Please ensure you settle any personal incidentals on your account upon check-out.
