76th International Astronautical Congress (IAC 2025) group registration site

  • All rates are in Euros (EUR) and are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax).
  • A processing fee of 3.1% applies to all payments made with Visa, Mastercard & AMEX
  • Payments can be made using the following credit cards: Visa or MasterCard
  • It is a condition of registration that full payment is received prior to the conference. If full payment is not received, delegates will not be admitted.
  • Once you have completed the details on each page, click NEXT to proceed to the next section.
  • If you are registering someone else on their behalf, please enter their email address in the email address field.
  • An automated email confirmation will be sent to the nominated email address upon completing the registration and payment. If you do not receive this email within 15 minutes, please check your spam / junk folder and if it has not been received, please contact the IAC 2025 Secretariat.

Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be received in writing sent to MCI Australia via the IAC 2025 Secretariat. The following cancellation policy applies:

IAC host shall charge a nominal administration fee of 75.00 Euros for those who register and cancel their registration up to Saturday 30 August 2025 (Sydney Local time).  The remainder of the registration fee shall be refunded to the person registering. 

Cancellations after this time will not receive a refund.

Registration periods 

Registration will be permitted until Friday 26 September 2025, after this period registration at IAC 2025 will be considered based on availability. 

Early Bird Registration will close Monday 30 June 2025 (Sydney local time) 

Standard Registration will commence Tuesday 1 July 2025 until Friday 29 August 2025 (Sydney local time) 

Late Registration will commence Saturday 30 August 2025 until Friday 26 September 2025 (Sydney local time) 

Registrations at IAC 2025 will be honoured at the Late Registration rate.

Please note:

  • Your registration will not be confirmed until we have received your payment in full. Registrations not paid in full at the commencement of a new registration period will be charged at the new registration rate
  • Your registration will be cancelled should payment not have been received within 30 days 
  • All steps must be completed in English and within the same session to successfully register for the congress
