APGC 2026 Registration site

Before commencing your online registration, please read the following instructions and guidelines. If you require assistance during this process, please contact the APGC 2026 team via email via info@apgcongress.org or +91 97164 48897.

  • All prices are in United States (US) and inclusive of GST. 
  • Payments can be made using the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard. 
  • It is a condition of registration that full payment is received prior to the congress. If full payment is not received, delegates will not be admitted. 
  • Once you have completed the details on each page, click NEXT to proceed to the next section. 
  • If you are registering someone else on their behalf, please enter their email address in the email address field. 
  • An automated email confirmation will be sent to the nominated email address upon completing the registration and payment. If you do not receive this email within 15 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder and if it has not been received, please contact our office.

Cancellation policy

  • All cancellations and amendments must be sent in writing via email to the registration team. 
  • Cancellation received prior to 1st April 2026, midnight IST time, deposits will be refunded less 25% administrative charge. After this date, no refunds will be possible.

Please note:

  • Your registration will not be confirmed until we have received your payment in full. DO NOT CLOSE ANY PAGE UNTIL YOUR TRANSACTION IS COMPLETE.
  • You must complete all steps for your registration to be accepted. It is not possible to save an incomplete registration and come back to it later.

  • Registration is mandatory to attend the conference.
  • An online 3% transaction fee will be applicable to the total amount at the time of payment.
  • The fees stated above are inclusive of 18% GST.(GST applies only for registrants from India!)
  • To cancel your registration, a written request stating your full name and the registered email address must be sent to the Conference Manager by email at info@apgcongress.org
  • All applicable refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date of registration cancellation.
