General Instructions for Poster Presentation/ Free Paper Presentation/ Video Presentation:

• Conference registration is mandatory for participation in session.
• The scientific committee invites abstract for free papers & E-poster for consideration and inclusion into the scientific programme.
• The first name in each abstract should be that of presenting author.
• Review papers will not be accepted.
• Abstract in brief includes aim, materials and methods, results, conclusion & clinical significance for research papers.
• For case report’s introduction, case presentation, discussion & conclusion should be included.
• Abstract in comprehensible English typed in Microsoft word, times new roman font, size 12 and not more than 350 words.
• Time: 8 min for presentation & 2 min for discussion.
• Deadline for abstract submission: 1st October 2024

Consultant/ PG Award Paper

• Conference registration is mandatory to participate in the contest.
• Interesting scientific papers are welcome in Otology, Neurotology, Audiology, Skull Base surgeries.
• Duration of the paper should be 8 minutes.

Note: ISO Membership is not mandatory for Postgraduates.

Video Presentation

• Conference registration is mandatory to participate in the contest.
• Entries to video presentations are open to Postgraduates, Residents & Consultants.
• Duration of the videos should be 8 minutes or lesser.

Note: ISO Membership is not mandatory for Postgraduates.

Free Paper Presentation

• Conference registration is mandatory to participate in the contest.
• The Free Paper Session is open for all PG’s, residents, and consultants.
• Interesting Scientific papers are welcome in Otology, Neurotology, Audiology, Skull Base surgeries.
• Duration of the paper will be for 8 minutes.

P G Award Paper
