AAPi Conference 2025 Registration Site

This registration form is for the Australian Association of Psychologists Inc Conference 2025 (AAPi 2025) to be held on 13 - 15 October 2025 at the Grand Hyatt, Australia.

We are so excited to welcome you to our 2025 conference! Below, you'll find key information to help you with the registration process.

Before commencing your online registration, please read the following instructions and guidelines. If you require assistance during this process, please contact the AAPi Conference 2025 Team via email or +61 7 3858 5400.

  • All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST.
  • Payments can be made using the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard or bank transfer.
  • Credit card payments will incur a 3.1% processing fee.
  • It is a condition of registration that full payment is received prior to the conference. If full payment is not received, delegates will not be admitted.
  • Once you have completed the details on each page, click NEXT to proceed to the next section.
  • If you are registering someone else on their behalf, please enter their email address in the email address field.
  • An automated email confirmation will be sent to the nominated email address upon completing the registration and payment. If you do not receive this email within 15 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder and if it has not been received, please contact us via email or +61 7 3858 5400.

Cancellation policy

  • All cancellations and amendments must be sent in writing via email to the registration team via hello@aapiconference.org.au. 
  • For cancellations received prior to midnight AEST on 12 June 2025, deposits will be refunded less 25% administrative charge. After this date, no refunds will be possible.

Please note:

  • Your registration will not be confirmed until we have received your payment in full.
  • You must complete all steps for your registration to be accepted. It is not possible to save an incomplete registration and come back to it later.
  • Please be advised that from 13 September 2025, payments can only be made by credit card.

If you wish to be included within the delegate list for AAPi 2025, please tick below. The delegate list will be provided to sponsors and exhibitors ensuring GDPR compliance is practiced.

Exhibitors and sponsors will have a scanning tool at their booth which can be used to scan the QR code on your name badge. This allows them to see your name, organisation, country and the email address you used to register.

If you scan your QR code at a booth or attend a sponsored session, you may be contacted by the exhibitor(s) or sponsor(s) later for marketing or business purposes.

If you don't want to share your information, you can simply decline scanning the QR code on your badge.

Are you an AAPi Member?

You can find your membership number by logging into the AAPi member portal.

Registration
