  • All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST. 
  • We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, or bank transfer. 
  • Credit card payments will incur a 3.1% processing fee.  
  • Full payment of registration should be received prior to the Congress. If full payment is not received, delegates will not be admitted. 
  • Once you have completed the details on each page, click NEXT to proceed to the next section. 
  • If you are registering someone else on their behalf, please enter their email address in the email address field. 
  • An automated email confirmation will be sent to the nominated email address upon completing the registration and payment. If you do not receive this email within 15 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder, and if it has not been received, please contact our office. 
  • Please note that ABGC Grower Member rate's are limited to a maximum of two (2) registrations per organisation.
  • If you would like to register as a group, please register via our group registration portal.

 

Cancellation policy 

  • All cancellations and amendments must be sent in writing to hello@bananacongress.org.au to the registration team. 
  • Cancellation received prior to 6 April 2025, midnight GMT+10: payments will be refunded less any credit card fees and a 25% administrative charge. After this date, no refunds will be possible. 
  • Full terms and conditions can be viewed here. 

Please note:

  • Your registration will not be confirmed until we have received your payment in full.
  • You must complete all steps for your registration to be accepted. It is not possible to save an incomplete registration and come back to it later.
  • Please be advised that from 6 July 2025, payments can only be made by credit card.

Science Symposium

After the success of the 2023 event, the fourth Banana Scientific Symposium will be delivered in association with the Australian Banana Industry Congress 2025. The Scientific Symposium is a great opportunity for the banana research community to share their latest research, exchange ideas, improve linkages and initiate new collaborations. The symposium will be a full day event with a total of 6 sessions. 

The Australian banana industry is well supported by banana researchers from various government agencies, universities, and other service providers across Australia. The Symposium provides a great opportunity to foster communication and collaboration between researchers so that we continue to deliver high quality scientific research that adds value and benefits Australian banana growers.

Growers keen to hear about the latest Scientific developments in the banana industry may also be interesting in attending and are welcome.
