• All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.
• We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, or bank transfer.
• Credit card payments will incur a 3.1% processing fee. 
• Full payment of registration should be received prior to the symposium. If full payment is not received, delegates will not be admitted.
• Once you have completed the details on each page, click NEXT to proceed to the next section.
• If you are registering someone else on their behalf, please enter their email address in the email address field.
• An automated email confirmation will be sent to the nominated email address upon completing the registration and payment. If you do not receive this email within 15 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder, and if it has not been received, please contact our office.

Cancellation policy

• All cancellations and amendments must be sent in writing via email to the Australian Citrus Congress registration team.
• Cancellations received prior to Monday the 5th of February 2024, 23:59 AEST, will be refunded less an AUD $50.00 administrative fee. After this date, no refunds will be possible. All refunds will be processed post congress.
• Full terms and conditions can be viewed here.

Please note

• Your registration will not be confirmed until we have received your payment in full. 
• You must complete all steps for your registration to be accepted. It is not possible to save an incomplete registration and come back to it later.
• Please be advised that from Monday the 22nd of January 2024, payments can only be made by credit card.
