This registration portal is for the Australian & New Zealand Children's Haematology/Oncology Group Annual Scientific Meeting to be held from 24 - 26 August 2023 at the Westin, Perth.

Within this portal, you will be able to complete your registration and social functions booking including payment. At the conclusion of this registration process, you will receive an automatic confirmation letter outlining all of your registration details.

Information before you register

Before commencing your online registration, please read the following instructions and guidelines. If you require assistance during this process, please contact the registration team by emailing info@asm-anzchog.com or on +61 7 3858 5400.

  • All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.
  • Payments can be made using the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, or by bank.
  • Please be advised that from Monday 10 July, payment for the conference can only be made by credit card.
  • It is a condition of registration that full payment is received prior to the conference. If full payment is not received, delegates will not be admitted.
  • Once you have completed the details on each page, click NEXT to proceed to the next section.
  • If you are registering someone else on their behalf, please enter their email address in the email address field.
  • An automated email confirmation will be sent to the nominated email address upon completing the registration and payment. If you do not receive this email within 15 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder and if it has not been received, please contact our office.
  • Your registration will not be confirmed until we have received your payment in full.
  • You must complete all steps for your registration to be accepted. It is not possible to save an incomplete registration and come back to it later.

Cancellation policy

  • All cancellations and amendments must be sent in writing via email to the registration team.
  • All cancellation requests received prior to Monday 24 July 2023, midnight GMT+10, deposits will be refunded less 25% administrative charge. After this date, no refunds will be possible.
