  • All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.

  • We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, or bank transfer. 

  • Credit card payments will incur a 3.1% processing fee.  

  • Full payment of registration should be received prior to the commencement of ANZCHOG ASM. If full payment is not received, delegates will not be admitted. 

  • Once you have completed the details on each page, click NEXT to proceed to the next section. 

  • If you are registering someone else on their behalf, please enter their email address in the email address field. 

  • You must complete all steps for your registration to be accepted. It is not possible to save an incomplete registration and come back to it later. 

  • Please be advised that from 1 July 2024, payments can only be made by credit card. 

  • An automated email confirmation will be sent to the nominated email address upon completing the registration and payment. If you do not receive this email within 15 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder, and if it has not been received, please contact our office. 

Cancellation policy 

  • All cancellations and amendments must be sent in writing via email to the registration team. 

  • Cancellation received prior to 27 May 2024, midnight GMT+10: payments will be refunded less any credit card fees and a 25% administrative charge. After this date, no refunds will be possible. Refunds will only be issued post ASM.

ANZCHOG Paediatric Oncology Fellows Day

Join us for the inaugural ANZCHOG Paediatric Oncology Fellows Day, to be held as a pre-conference workshop on 31 July in Adelaide.

This event brings together advanced trainees from around Australia and New Zealand. It involves a communication skills workshop delivered according to RACGP guidelines by experienced paediatric palliative care and oncology clinicians.  The day will also include guest speakers and presentations on research, career development and clinical updates in the field.

Neurofibromatosis Type 1 (NF1) Masterclass

The half-day neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1) masterclass aims to provide class-leading, comprehensive and impactful scientific education to healthcare professionals involved in the management of paediatric NF1 patients.

The session will include interactive workshops as well as presentations from Australian NF experts on:

  • NF1 background,
  • latest updates in diagnostic criteria,
  • recommendations for monitoring/surveillance,
  • latest clinical data on management of complex plexiform neurofibromas including surgery and pharmacotherapy, and management of adverse events associated with pharmacotherapy

Full ASM registrations include access to the pre-ASM workshop, all ASM sessions, industry sessions, catering throughout the ASM and tickets to all social functions. There is also an option to purchase additional tickets to these social functions if you will be accompanied by another person/s that are not registering for the ASM, but would like to attend the social events.
