Cancellation & Refund Policy:

  1. Any registration cancellation will be accepted at the sole discretion of the organizing committee.
  2. In case of an accepted cancellation, following refund will be allowed:
    1. Until 28 February – 90% refund
    2. Until 30 June – 75% refund
    3. Until 31 August – 50% refund
    4. 01 September onwards – No refund
    5. No refund will be provided for the bank transaction charges.
