      • All prices are in USD.
      • Payments can be made using the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, AMEX or bank transfer. 
      • Mastercard or Visa payments will incur a 3.1% processing fee, and AMEX payments will incur a 3.95% processing fee. 
      • It is a condition of registration that full payment is received prior to the congress. If full payment is not received, delegates will not be admitted.
      • Once you have completed the details on each page, click NEXT to proceed to the next section.
      • If you are registering someone else on their behalf, please enter their email address in the email address field.
      • An automated email confirmation will be sent to the nominated email address upon completing the registration and payment. If you do not receive this email within 15 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder and if it has not been received, please contact us via info@aplarcongress.com.

Cancellation policy

      • All delegate cancellations must be received in writing sent to MCI Australia at info@aplarcongress.com.
      • For cancellations received on or before Friday 26 June 2026 will be refunded in full, less a 25% cancellation fee to cover administration costs. Refunds will not be processed until after the conclusion of the congress.
      • No registration refunds will be made after this date.
      • Full terms and conditions can be viewed here. 

Please note: 

      • Your registration will not be confirmed until we have received your payment in full.
      • You must complete all steps for your registration to be accepted. It is NOT possible to save an incomplete registration and come back to it later. 
      • Please be advised that from 28 September 2026, payments can only be made by credit card.

Only delegates who have completed both registration and full payment will receive an official invitation letter for visa purposes.
Please tick this box if you require a visa invitation letter as a supporting document. Note: This letter does not constitute an official visa grant.
You are responsible for checking with your country’s embassy to determine if a visa is required for entry.
If you need a different document other than the visa invitation letter, please contact info@aplarcongress.com. A separate charge may apply for additional documentation.

Dietary requirements

If you require a no red meat, or no seafood meal, please select the vegan option. Please note that nuts, crustaceans, and pork will not be included in any COEX menus. 

Please confirm the type of halal food you would like to consume, as there are slightly different options available in Republic of Korea. 

  • Halal Food: Prepared in‑house using halal‑certified ingredients. We are able to provide halal certification, with the relevant authentication number displayed on the menu card for reference.

  • Vegetarian Food: Does not contain meat, poultry, fish, or animal-derived ingredients such as gelatin, rennet, or lard. Please note this may not be halal-certified
