Things to Know

As a group leader you have been allocated to a pre-determined number of registrations. Should you wish to purchase additional registrations, please contact info@australasianroadsafetyconference.com.au

Registration/Allocation process 

Step 1:  View your allocated group registration entitlements within the "Group Inventory" tab. 

Step 2: Under the "Group Allocation" tab, select the "Import Group Allocation" button to import the details of your participants.

Step 3:  Once all participants details are loaded, you can allocate their registration category and send their "finalise your registration" email within the "action" option. 

NOTE: In order for delegates to complete their registration, please circulate "confirmation" email with instructions to complete. 

Data Privacy

In using this portal, you consent to the data protection and privacy policy on behalf of all your group members.

Sponsor and Exhibitor Policy

By visiting sponsor and exhibitor booths, attending sponsored sessions, and having your badge scanned, sponsors and exhibitors will be able to contact you for commercial or marketing purposes. Please refer to the conference website for the latest list of sponsors and exhibitors (please note that this list is continually updated throughout the lead-up to the conference). You may contact info@australasianroadsafetyconference.com.au if you do not wish to share your contacts with a specific sponsor.
By proceeding means that you consent to your email address being passed onto the sponsors or exhibitors you have connected with during the conference. If any of your group members opt out to this policy, please send an email to info@australasianroadsafetyconference.com.au

Using this portal, you will be able to register, view, and manage multiple registrations for this event.
If this is your first time using the Group Registration Portal, you will need to create a Group Co-ordinator on the Group Co-ordinator Details Tab before you can proceed.
If you require assistance using the Group Registration Portal, please contact the event organiser via the contact details on the event website.

Further Information

A registration is only deemed complete when the participant receives an email informing of the successful completion of their registration along with a unique registration identifier. 

Should you wish to make changes after completion, please contact the ARSC Conference Managers with the details below.
