  • All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST.
  • We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, or bank transfer.
  • Credit card payments will incur a 3.1% processing fee. 
  • Full payment of registration should be received prior to the congress. If full payment is not received, delegates will not be admitted.
  • Once you have completed the details on each page, click NEXT to proceed to the next section.
  • If you are registering someone else on their behalf, please enter their email address in the email address field.
  • An automated email confirmation will be sent to the nominated email address upon completing the registration and payment. If you do not receive this email within 15 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder, and if it has not been received, please contact us.

Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellations must be communicated in writing to MCI Australia (congress organisers) via hello@aofog2026.com  
  • For cancellations received on or before 11:59PM AEST, 1 September 2026, will be refunded in full, less a 25% administration fee of the total registration cost. 
  • No registration refunds will be made after this date. 
  • Refunds will be processed after the event according to your payment method within 30 days.

Please Note:

  • Your registration will not be confirmed until we have received your payment in full. 
  • You must complete all steps for your registration to be accepted. It is not possible to save an incomplete registration and come back to it later.
  • From 12 September 2026, only payments by credit card will be accepted.

Visa Assistance

If you require a visa to attend the Asia & Oceania Federation of Obstetrics & Gynaecology Congress 2026 (AOFoG 2026) in Sydney, Australia, your registration details will be shared with the Australian Federal Government to support your application.

Only delegates who have completed their registration and payment in full will be included in this process. 

Please note that your registration confirmation will not guarantee your visa, you are required to apply to the Australian Government.
You will need to liaise directly with the Australian Government regarding any visa queries or issues, either via the Australian Government website or the local Australian Embassy or Embassy consulate in your country of residence.

International Transaction Fee

MCI is the merchant for all registration transactions. As a global company with headquarters in Geneva, the merchant facility is located in Switzerland. Rarely, an international transaction fee or charge may be made by your bank.
The AOFOG Congress 2026 registration team will refund any international transaction fees incurred by affected delegates. Please contact the registration team via hello@aofog2026.com to make these arrangements. 
Note that you will be required to provide further transaction and bank information to ensure that the refund can be processed.
