Registration guidelines

Before starting your online registration, please read the following instructions and guidelines. Please contact the AusRAIL PLUS registration team via email or +61 7 3858 5400 if assistance is required.

  • Please refer to the full Terms and Conditions before submitting your registration.
  • If you are registering on someone else's behalf, please enter their email address in the email address field.
  • Once you have completed the details on each page, click NEXT to proceed to the next section.
  • Please ensure all steps in this form are fully completed to submit your registration.
  • An automated confirmation will be sent to the nominated email address after completing registration and payment. If you do not receive this email within 15 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder, and if it has not been received, please contact registration@ausrail.com.

Payment 

  • We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, or bank transfer.
  • Full payment must be received prior to the conference, otherwise event entry will be denied. 
  • All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.
  • Credit card payments will incur a 1.8% processing fee.   

Priority access for social function tickets

Due to the high demand for tickets to our social functions, AusRAIL PLUS 2025 delegates, sponsors and exhibitors will receive priority access to book tickets to AusRAIL PLUS social events. This is to ensure that those supporting and engaging at AusRAIL PLUS can secure social event tickets.

Priority ticket bookings will apply to the following social functions:

  • Welcome Drinks (Tuesday 25 November - 1630-1830)

  • Women in Rail breakfast (Wednesday 26 November - 0715-0830)

  • Yellow Dinner (Wednesday 26 November – 1830-2230)

  • Next Stop: Flavours of Melbourne Street Party (Thursday 27 November - 1815-2115) 

Priority ticket sales for registered delegates, sponsors and exhibitors will remain open until close of business Monday 20 October 2025. If tickets remain available for these events at this time, bookings will open to non-registered ARA member organisations on Tuesday 21 October 2025. If tickets remain after that point, sales will open to non-registered non-ARA members on 11 November 2025. We expect all AusRAIL PLUS social events will sell out so encourage prompt bookings. Please note, those booking exhibition visitor passes will not be given priority access to book social event tickets.

Individual data policy

Australia operates under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), as amended, and the Privacy amendment (Notifiable Data Breaches) 2017. The objective of these is to protect the right of the individual to privacy of their information. Europe operates under the General Data Protection (GDPR), a regulation in EU law on data protection and privacy for all individuals within the European Union. Please note that dietary requirements are considered as sensitive data according to the GDPR act 9.

MCI is acting as the data processor on this event. For further information on how your data will be used, we invite you to carefully read the Event Data and Privacy Information documents.
