AusRAIL PLUS 2025 scholarship application form

AusRAIL PLUS 2025 is offering a number of scholarships to support attendance at this year's conference. Please read through the following information and when you are ready to apply please agree to the data processing consent on the next page and follow the instructions to submit your application. 

Please note: Only one application per individual will be accepted. If you are eligible for both scholarships, please apply for the one that is most appropriate to you.


Deadline for applications: 25 August 2025

Recipient notification: Mid September 2025

 

Scholarship inclusions

  • Full three day registration for AusRAIL PLUS 2025 and inclusive networking functions (daily tea breaks and lunches, welcome drinks, exhibition networking drinks, and Last Stop: Farewell to AusRAIL PLUS 2025)
  • 1 x ticket to the Women in Rail breakfast on Wednesday 26 November
  • 1 x ticket to the Yellow Dinner on Wednesday 26 November


Young Rail Professional Scholarship - 10 opportunities

Conditions

  • Applicants must be aged 35 years and under as of the start day of AusRAIL PLUS 2025
  • You will need to upload a copy of a valid photo ID that clearly shows your date of birth
  • You will need to provide a statement of 300 words or less explaining how you would benefit from receiving a Young Rail Professional scholarship
  • All other costs associated with your attendance will be met by you


Women in Rail Scholarship - 10 opportunities 

Proudly supported by the Go-Ahead and Molycop

Conditions

  • Applicants must have five (5) years or less experience in the rail industry
  • You will need to provide a statement of 300 words or less explaining how you would benefit from receiving a Women in Rail scholarship
  • All other costs associated with your attendance will be met by you

Data processing consent

  • Australia operates under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), as amended, and the Privacy Amendment (Notifiable Data Breaches) 2017. The objective of these is to protect the right of the individual to privacy of their information.
  • Europe operates under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), a regulation in EU law on data protection and privacy for all individuals within the European Union.
  • MCI is acting as a data processor for this event.
  • For further information on how your data will be used, we invite you to carefully read the Event Data and Privacy Information documents.
