One Brickworks Luxury Incentive ticket is equal to AUD $16,750 / USD $12,000 Brickworks Dollars. 

Customer Incentive: Includes return economy airfares, 9 nights onboard the Silverseas Silver Ray and 1 night at the W Barcelona Hotel.

Summary

Terms & Conditions

  • The incentive program will run from 29 July 2025 to 08 August 2025.
  • All winners will travel together to Monte Carlo in 2025. 
  • The 2025 Brickworks Building Products Luxury Incentive is limited to 250 places. Brickworks Dollars will only be rewarded for first quality products. 
  • “Purchases” refers to products that have been delivered. All orders must be delivered by close of business on the final day of the qualifying period for the points to be added towards your incentive total. 
  • A minimum of AUD $6,000/ USD $3,000 Brickworks Dollars is required to qualify for the 2023 Brickworks Building Products Luxury Incentive. This entitles participants to pay the outstanding balance of one ticket. 
  • One incentive ticket is worth AUD $16,750 / USD $12,000 Brickworks Dollars. 
  • The trip is based on twin-share accommodation. A single supplement fee will apply if required. 
  • Brickworks Dollars are only to be used for the 2025 Brickworks Building Products Luxury Incentive and are not redeemable for cash. 
  • Trip participants must be employees or partners (wife, husband etc) of those involved. 
  • Final total of Brickworks Dollars required are subject to changes in currency fluctuation, airport, and government taxes, and increases in fuel surcharges. 

Cancellation Policy

  • Should you need to cancel your registration please find below the following cancellation policy which is applicable to all registration types.
  • Any Pre/Post travel arrangements which have been ticketed and paid will have a 100% cancellation fee at any time leading up to the event.

1st March – 30th April 2025 – 50% Cancellation

  • Cancellations received between the 1st March– 30th April 2025 will incur a 50% cancellation fee on the entire program costs, total of AUD $8,375.00pp / USD $6,000.00pp

1 May 2025 – Full Cancellation

  • Cancellation from 1 May 2025 onwards will incur 100% cancellation fee on the entire program, total of AUD $16,750.00pp / USD !2,000.00pp
  • All cancellations must be received in writing and sent to the Brickworks Event Concierge Team at brickworksluxury@wearemci.com
