Terms and Conditions
  • Registration is mandatory to attend the conference.
  • The fees mentioned are inclusive of 18% GST.
  • A 100% refund, minus INR 1,800 refund fee (per attendee) will be given if written notice of cancellation is received by 19 November 2025. 
  • No refund will be given for cancellation after 19 November 2025 due to costs incurred by CTBUH for each attendee at that late date. 
  • No refunds will be given for those who do not attend the conference.  
  • If you can no longer attend the conference, we are happy to accept a substitute colleague without penalty.
