• All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. Currency will be in AUD.
• Payments can be made using the following methods: Visa, Mastercard, or bank transfer. 
• It is a condition of registration that full payment is received prior to the forum. If full payment is not received, delegates will not be admitted. 
• Once you have completed the details on each page, click NEXT to proceed to the next section. 
• If you are registering someone else on their behalf, please enter their email address in the email address field. 
• An automated email confirmation will be sent to the nominated email address upon completing the registration and payment. If you do not receive this email within 15 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder and if it has not been received, please contact our office.

Cancellation policy

• All cancellations and amendments must be sent in writing via email to the registration team. 
• For all cancellations received before Friday, 28 June 2024, midnight GMT+10, deposits will be refunded less than 25% administrative charge. After this date, no refunds will be possible.

Please note:

• Your registration will not be confirmed until we have received your payment in full.  
• You must complete all steps for your registration to be accepted. It is not possible to save an incomplete registration and come back to it later. 
• Please be advised that from Wednesday, 31 July 2024 payment for the forum can only be made by credit card.

EFT payment is only available until 31 July 2024 with payment in full required by 6 August 2024. Credit card payments can only be made via MasterCard or Visa. Please note the below processing fee for credit card payments is 3.10%.
