  • All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST. 
  • Payments can be made using the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard or bank transfer. 
  • It is a condition of registration that full payment is received prior to the conference. If full payment is not received, delegates will not be admitted. 
  • If you are registering someone else on their behalf, please enter their email address in the email address field. 
  • An automated email confirmation will be sent to the nominated email address upon completing the registration and payment. If you do not receive this email within 15 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder and if it has not been received, please contact our office.

Cancellation policy

  • All cancellations and amendments must be sent in writing via email to the registration team. 
  • Cancellation received prior to Friday 04 August 2023, midnight GMT+10, deposits will be refunded less 25% administrative charge. After this date, no refunds will be possible.

Please note:

  • Your registration will not be confirmed until we have received your payment in full.  
  • You must complete all steps for your registration to be accepted. It is not possible to save an incomplete registration and come back to it later. 
  • Please be advised that from Friday 04 August 2023 payment for the conference can only be made by credit card.
