The conference will be held at the Hilton Sydney from Tuesday 3 to Thursday 5 February 2026.

Before commencing your online registration, please read the following instructions and guidelines. If you require assistance during this process, please contact the ICONN team via email or +61 7 3858 5400.

  • Please refer to the full terms and conditions.
  • You must complete all steps for your registration to be accepted. It is not possible to save an incomplete registration and come back to it later.
  • Full payment of registration should be received prior to the conference. If full payment is not received, delegates will not be admitted.
  • We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, or bank transfer.
  • Once you have completed the details on each page, click NEXT to proceed to the next section.
  • If you are registering someone else on their behalf, please enter their email address in the email address field.
  • An automated email confirmation will be sent to the nominated email address upon completing the registration and payment. If you do not receive this email within 15 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder, and if it has not been received contact info@iconnference.com.

Sponsor and exhibitor policy

By visiting sponsor or exhibitor booths, or attending sponsored sessions, sponsors and exhibitors will be able to contact you for commercial or marketing purposes. Please refer to the conference website for the latest list of sponsors and exhibitors (please note that this list is continually updated throughout the lead up to the conference).

International Transaction Fee

MCI handles all registration transactions. Based in Geneva, Switzerland, an international transaction fee may occasionally apply. The ICONN registration team will refund such fees. Contact info@iconnference.com for assistance.

Full payment is required to confirm your registration.

Your credit card will be charged the total amount noted below plus the applicable payment processing fees for Visa or Mastercard.
