Payment Terms and Conditions 1. Payment by Credit Card We accept Visa and Mastercard for online payments. Payments must be received by the specified deadlines to qualify for the applicable rates. A registration confirmation email will be sent only after full payment has been processed. Any outstanding payments must be settled onsite and will be subject to the onsite rate. 2. Currency and Taxes All payments must be made in the currency specified by the organizer (USD). Attendees are responsible for any applicable taxes, including goods and services tax (GST), value-added tax (VAT), withholding tax (WHT), or other similar charges. 3. Bank Charges and Transaction Fees Any bank charges or transaction fees incurred during payment, such as international wire transfer fees or currency conversion fees, must be covered by the attendee. 4. Cancellation and Refund Policy Cancellations must be emailed to ILTS2025@wearemci.com; full refunds (minus a SGD 50 administrative fee) will be provided for cancellations made before 13 May 2025, while cancellations after that date are non-refundable; delegate replacements are allowed, with notifications required by 21 May 2025 to the same email address.
