Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellation requests must be made in writing (email or letter) to the Conference Secretariat. Telephonic cancellations will not be accepted. Refunds will be processed 30 days after the conference concludes.

How to Submit a Cancellation?

  1. Prepare a written cancellation request including your registration details.
  2. Email it to: jic2026@wearemci.com
  3. Await written acknowledgment from the Secretariat confirming receipt of your cancellation.
  4. The refund will be processed approximately 30 days after the conference concludes.

Refund Policy

For Faculty / Invited Guests (Chair, Moderator, Panelist)

-       Full refund if cancellation occurs prior to the event.

For Delegates

Time of Cancellation

       Refund

15 days or more before the event

  100% refund

7 to 14 days before the event

    50% refund

Less than 7 days before the event

    25% refund


Note:

  • Refunds apply only to registration fees.
  • Accommodation charges are non-refundable and will be charged in full.
