Refund Policy

For Faculty/Invited Guests (Chair, Moderator, Panelist)

  • If cancellation occurs prior to the event, a full refund will be provided.

For Delegates

  • Cancellation 15 days or more before the event: Full refund
  • Cancellation 7-14 days before the event: 50% refund
  • Cancellation less than 7 days before the event: 25% refund

Note

  • Refunds apply only to registration fees. Accommodation costs will be charged in full.
