Welcome to the Session Proposal Submission Portal of the SCDM 2025 India Annual Conference

The Society for Clinical Data Management (SCDM) Annual Program Committee invites submissions from CDM experts to be considered for sessions at the SCDM 2025 India Annual Conference.

The topics of the CDM Competency Framework give an idea of how CDM leaders plan on addressing new opportunities and challenges.

We invite submission of session proposals under the seven topics of the CDM Competency Framework or as "Wild Card":

• Risk-Based CDM
• Soft Skills including Leadership & Executive Skills
• Clinical Data Competencies & Cross-Functional Interactions 
• Technology & Data Platforms
• AI & Cognitive Tech
• Regulations & Standards
• Clinical Trial Operations
• Wild Card

Important Deadlines

• Call for Session Proposals deadline: 15 May, 2025
• Status notification to submitters: 13 June, 2025
• In case of acceptance, you will be invited to chair your session at the conference. If your proposal could unfortunately not be included in the programme, please note you will be able to submit a session for a speaker slot at a later stage.
• If you are registered, please sign into the Session Proposal Submission Portal with your registered email id and password.
• If you have not registered for the conference yet, please click on Create New Account to submit your abstract. Please read the below guidelines carefully before abstract submission.
• Important! If you are submitting on behalf of another Chair, please include his/her details in the submission.
