- Registration is completed by submitting a fully completed online registration form. -You agree that that information entered into your online registration form are correct. - Attendance to UKG Live is complimentary, however any costs associated with flights and accommodation for any registered participant will need to be organised and covered by the participant. -Attendance at UKG Live and any additional social events are for registered participants only. Accompanying guests of a registered participants will not be able to attend UKG Live or any associated social or ancillary events. -Should you need to cancel your registrations, written cancellation is required by emailing the UKG Live Event Concierge Team at UKG@event.wearemci.com PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEOGRAPHY Photography & Videography will be taken throughout the duration of the event. If you do not want your photo or video taken please advise the event staff upon arrival. UKG and MCI reserve the right to use any photos or videos taken for marketing purposes.
